Please download and print the "pdf" format of the Work Book Sections and then each section below and put all of them into a 3 ring binder. You will have available all the information and the articles for the "START" meeting. Take your book where ever you travel and you are ready to present a "START" meeting by just copying the handouts for distribution. Make the necessary copies you will need for your class and then insert the master back into your 3 ring binder for future use. Assemble your workbook into sections or meetings as outlined below.
